Taking a closer look at your gear shows that you 16 sockets(not counting the 10 stats and special JC gems) that is gemmed without a 20 ArP gem, if you replaced all of those with a ArP will you get 320+102(if you replace the JC gems as well) more ArP which will make you very close to hardcap.
Also you're using 10agi + 15stamina gems whats the reason for that?
