Correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't it be better to get the +10 to all stats gem which counts as a gem of each color and ditch the intellect/stam and spell power/stam gem and replace one with +20 intellect? Also, mining is only a valid profession for a raider if that respective raider is a tank. Gold can easily be earned from main proffesions as well and also, harvesting proffesions should be left to alts. It's also easy nowadays to get gold from raiding, by selling primordial saronites. Apart from that, what concerns me a bit, is your lack of experience with raiding in general. But stay tuned and would be best to wait for a reply from Anessa. Do I look like a walking portal-vending machine?

yep, use a +10 stat gem and change the others into pure int gems
enchants are (now) fine.
Gear isnt too bad, tho theres alot of mail items that are far better than most of that plate, Crit is nearly as useful as it used to be and you have a ton of it
Talents, id say drop the 15 points in retri tree and put em all in prot for Raid wall and +%6 healing devo aura
Over all, fairly decent app so GL with it
