I am educated as an Engineer & Project Manager and my daytime job is Senior Manager in the Wind industry. I play a lot of WoW of cause, but i also like to relax with my girlfriend and my dog. My girlfriend plays wow too which gives me the advantage not to have problems with spending the required time at my computer. I like to relax and i love a good bottle of red wine along with a juicy steak or barbecue. I like single malt whiskey and i smoke way too much. We live in our own house and have a big swimming pool in our garden in which we spend most of our summer vacation.
* How many hours are you usually online per week (20, 30, 40 or more) : 30-40 hours but it depends on raids and my social life.
* Does anyone other than yourself have access to your account? Have you got an authenticator? : If I am travelling or away for a few days my girlfriend will be doing my dailies for me, and yes I do have an authenticator but no one else has access to my account

* Current gold : I have plenty gold and do quests if necessary to keep it up, I won’t advertize with the exact amount in this forum
* What are the most valueable stats for your current class / spec and what are the reasons behind your gem choices? : My primary stat is strength and I gem for it as my first priority, other gems depend of my gear status of cause and if I need expertise or hit etc. Secondary it is attack power but I don’t gem for it as it will be generated from my amount of total strength.
* What are the benefits of your two professions and are these the most optimal to your class / spec? Blacksmithing 450/all ToC and ICC recipes: Advantage: 2 x 20/34 strength gems (extra slot on hands and bracers) Jewel crafting 450/most dalaran recipes: Advantage: 3 x 20/34 strength gems (42 strength extra)
* What does your current class and spec bring of “unique” buffs to the raid? (Give a short explanation of what your class and spec brings to the raid and what talent points are the most important in your spec) : Bok, BoM and BoW + auras are all important buffs in raid and the given buff often depends on the classes or their independent wish Most important talent point are divine strength and improved judgments
* Would you mind speccing differently for the benefit of raid balance? (e.g. Healing if you are currently DPS, etc) : No but my MS is retri, and my OS is prot, i have no gear for holy and have never healed before.
* Do you have (enchanted and gemmed) off-spec gear approximately equal to your current main gear set? (Tank/DPS/Healing) : Yes my tank gear is also gemmed and enchanted to my best knowledge, (5.1Kgs) not much but I am continuously improving it.

Raiding related :
* Current experience with raiding WoW (Be as specific as possible) : I turned 80 on the 15th of august 2009 with this char and i have been busy since by experiencing most of the content available. Therefore my experience from Vanilla to BC mostly was gained with Magnetrix my Shaman. I did some raiding in BC with my shaman but stopped playing him at the time when WoWTLK came out. All in all i have played WoW for 2½ years.

* What are your normal online times and days (19.30-23.30, mon-sun etc, info must be detailed) : Monday – Thursday + Sundays from 19.00 – 24.00. Fridays and Saturdays are depending on my social life but usually I am online after 22.00.
* Do you expect your online times to change in the near future? (Due to school, work, family) : No, I do travel a few times during the year due to my work but not more than 4-5 weeks in total.
* Are you able to handle constructive criticism during raids (Note that this can be harsh at times, but it is only intended to help you improve and the raid perform better as a whole) : I don’t mind getting criticism if I fail and I definitely don’t mind to be corrected as long as I can see that we are getting somewhere.
* Link a screenshot of your UI with an explanation of what addons you are using and why : I don’t know what to do to be honest, maybe it sounds strange but it doesn’t change the fact that I don’t know how to. I do have a standard UI by the way, no addons controlling cool downs or anything, just the plain and normal UI and it works fine for me. I use DBM, Omen, Decursive and Recount and can get pally power
* If possible, link to any reports showing your damage/healing/tanking (World of Logs, WowMeterOnline, WWS etc) : Cant find information regarding my character, the guild must be signed up or something before any stats can be viewed I guess,
History & the Future :
* Ex guilds and "why" you left them or the server (Link to warcraftrealms.com if able) : Previous guilds, and why you left them? : I joined Innovation shortly after i reached lvl 80 (15th of august 2009) it was a really nice guild and at that time we were progressing in Naxx and Ulduar and shortly after we started raiding in ToC. There were some problems with the GM and a lot of people started looking for new guilds. After 1 month 80% of the guild was gone and i also decided to try something new.
I joined If Carlsberg Made Aguild, not the best guild but a lot of Innovation members joined this guild and it suited me fine to be with my old guildies and friends. We were raiding ICC and did collect a good steady raiding team, we cleared the “storming” quite fast on both 10/25 man but when it came to more than 2 raid nights during the week it kind of fell apart, people only wanted the easy emblems it seemed. We did everything possible to get people to be more dedicated but nothing worked, i was raid leader and officer at that time and it seemed more and more like mission impossible to get more progression going.
After a while i decided to try out Absentium in which i am right now, a really nice guild i think with ok progression (but unfortunally not enough for me). Everything started out nice, in two nights we do 11/12 in icc10 but the team just can’t seem to get LK down. We have been trying to recruit for 25man runs too but you can’t keep people in the guild if you don’t make raids and that was something the officers obviously could not understand. There haven’t been any raids now for 3 weeks and the best people are now leaving for other guilds just like it happened so many times before.
It’s really sad as i really commit myself to the guilds that I am a part of, that is why i need a good stable progression guild that can keep the spirit up in their raid groups! I want to stay in a guild for several years and don’t like the thought of changing guilds ever 6 months because something goes wrong.

* Your past experience with members of our guild (5-10 man instances, RL-friends, family, raids or PvP) : I have pugged with many of your members in Naxx, VoA, ICC, OS etc. and some might know me when they see my name.
* Did you apply to us before? And if so, on this same character or alts? (Link to the old application(s)) : Yes, http://www.rampageguild.eu/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?32147.0#post_32169 A lot of things have improved since then Zurgat, here your comment from that time (a bit of a laugh to read that old application again). “Nobody said no, yet, we're just improving your knowledge of the class. Rampal will look at it later, though the current number of blues you're displaying.... you'd need a lot of work” And a lot of work it was indeed but definitely worth it!
* Why do you want to join Rampage? : I want to join you because I think that you are a good progression guild. I don’t mind wiping for several nights to make progression, I don’t mind a harsh tone on ventrilo if I fail and I definitely don’t mind to be corrected as long as I can see that we are getting somewhere. WoW is a very big part of my life, I spend 30-40 hours every week on my paladin and I want to explore all the available content on him, it’s an awesome character and I think I know him very well when it comes to raiding. Mostly my dps is at the top of the meter, but I know that it will be different with you guys as you are probably better geared than me but I got what it takes to get there, don’t doubt that. I need this challenge to get back to endgame raiding, I don’t find it funny not to be able to clear all the bosses and get the achievements in ICC. * How would you benefit the guild (Why should we recruit you and not somebody else?) : I will bring good team spirit and will provide high raid attendance, I had 90%+ in the previous guild I was in. High dedication and good knowledge to my class and I have the ability to learn fast and stay focused. I watch videos and will always come prepared for raids. * Your personal goals within the guild : I want to complete ICC on both 10 man and 25 man + heroic before Cataclysm comes out if possible. After Cataclysm I want to be in a guild that will be among the first on the realm that completes the next patches raids.
* Anything else you wish to add : I hope you find my application interesting and that we will be able to raid together in the future. I am really looking forward to hear from you.

right lets see... -DBW trinket, hope thats only there as a "nothing better has dropped" option as there are things that give much more dps (like the 10man icc one) -Libram is fine tho hoping you have the Seal of vengence libram as well for fights where you will lose the stack alot from the Truths one -Gemming: 2 str/stam gems is just fail, and you seem to go for EVERY socket bonus which is losing you dps, drop the str/crit gems, all out str + the +10stat gem for metagem activation = win -Having all 5 peices of t10 is... bad, theres alot of non tier peices that blow the tier peices away outside of the set bonus... example: drop the t10legs, get the legs from 25man dreamwalker(specially the heroic ones) and switch exorcism glyph for the +10 expertise one from SoCorr to make up the exp loss and you'll have a big dps increase -Wrong rep ring, the Agi version is 30~ dps more than the str one. -Haste on cloak is also slightly more dps than agi (a better cloak would be good too) -Unyielding Faith and EyE for an Eye ARE PVP TALENTS! as is Divine Purpose (very very very rarely useable in a pve situation... and never in raids), Points better spent in Divinity and/or vindication... or atleast going for Aura mastery
Over all Summary, nothing majorly bad, a few small changes to talents and gems (gear is easy to fix) and will be capable of some very nice dps.
Definatly worth a trial imo if he'll take advice!

Well thats a lot of new information for me, but im up for something new so no problem for me to make changes to my spec and gems.
Yes the DBW is because i havent gotten anything else interesting and believe me, i heard a million comments regarding that Its nice to be important but more important to be nice!
Talents are changed like yours Gems changed to 20 strength Cloak enchant changed to 23 haste Ring is changed I had libram of valiance Got Whispering fanged skull ilvl 251 today, better than DBW (was it the one you meant)?

yeah thats the trinket, now you just need a TAiaJ with that (the war token is nice but the stack drops off so often its freaking annoying) and your sorted
and as zurgat said, nice attitude
ofc which teir peice to drop depends alot on many things, like, our BiS trinket has a massive amount of +hit on it, so the gloves can be a good one to change etc, but that can be decided "when" things drop etc
as i said, id recommend you for atleast a trial, but its up to the officers, GL with you app Mamma always said, Awesome is as awesome does
